Accessibility statement

Dysto B.V. strives to make QR-Database accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes which standards we test against and how to report an accessibility issue.

Last updated: July 23, 2026.

WCAG 2.2

QR-Database has been tested against WCAG 2.2, level AAA: a minimum contrast of 7:1, visible focus indicators, full keyboard operability, dialog patterns (role="dialog"+aria-modal+focus management), ARIA table roles in data tables, minimum 44×44 pixel touch targets, programmatically associated labels, and respect for prefers-reduced-motion. We deliberately say "tested against", not "certified" — no formal external certification has been performed.

Other frameworks

Besides WCAG 2.2, QR-Database has also been tested against EN 301 549 (the web requirements in clause 9 are exceeded via WCAG), WAI-ARIA 1.2 (correct use of standard roles such as dialog/tablist/switch/aria-live) and OWASP ASVS (application security). Here too: tested/mapped, not certified.

Known limitations

We continuously work to improve QR-Database. Despite our efforts, some parts may not fully meet the standard. We welcome reports so we can address them.
