Inspections & standards

Set per category how often inspection is required (for instance NEN 3140). The system tracks the dates and uses colours to show what has expired, what is coming up and what is still fine.
Employee certificates

Record who holds which certificate — for example VCA Basic or VOL, an aerial platform certificate, or a category BE driving licence — and until when it is valid. If a product category requires such a certificate, the system automatically blocks check-out when it is missing or expired; the employee sees straight away which certificate is needed.

Inspection types and standards
Link an inspection type with the applicable standard to each category: NEN 3140 for hand tools and electrical equipment, NEN 2484 / EN 131 for ladders and steps, EN 365 for fall protection and aerial platforms, or NEN-EN 13155 for lifting equipment. You set the interval yourself: every six months, yearly or otherwise.
Overview at a glance
Red means expired, yellow is due within two months, green is fine. You immediately see where action is needed — on the dashboard and per product.
Internal and external inspectors
Assign your own inspectors per category, or invite an external inspection company with a secure, temporary access link. The inspector and their qualification are recorded with every inspection.
Evidence for audits
Every inspection is recorded with date, inspector and result. During a safety or quality audit you show the complete history at the press of a button.
Sticker service
A QR code is only as strong as the sticker it is printed on. That is why we supply stickers that can take a beating — or you print them yourself for free.
Prices and delivery
Polyester stickers of 35×35 mm with rounded corners, strongly adhesive and with a glossy finish. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, resistant to water, oil and wear.
€0.30 per sticker plus €15.00 setup cost per order, shipping included and VAT excluded. Delivery within 4 working days; rush delivery (next working day) for an extra €5.00. Depending on your package you receive up to 50% discount.

Every screen — public, in the admin workspace and in the employee app — fully meets WCAG 2.2 level AA (the recommended accessibility baseline) and applies relevant AAA criteria on top where meaningful (7:1 contrast, 44px tap targets) — deliberately not a blanket AAA claim for the whole site, in line with the W3C's own guidance. Tested against the European ICT accessibility standard EN 301 549 (relevant for public-sector procurement) and the WAI-ARIA 1.2 authoring standard for interactive components.
