Employee: borrows, returns and reports damage via the scan app. Inspector: also gets access to the inspection queue for their own categories. Admin: full management within their own company. Super-admin: platform-wide management across all companies, including invoicing and licenses.

Each plan sets limits (products/users/categories) and which modules are included. A company can always turn a module off; turning it on is only possible when the license allows it. See the current plans and modules on the pricing page.

The admin workspace covers categories, products, loans, inspections, projects, reservations, users and reporting. Every mutating action is automatically recorded in the audit trail.

A company can enable SSO themselves (Settings → Security) with their own Microsoft Entra ID app registration, after verifying domain ownership via a DNS TXT record. Employees then sign in with their existing work account; an unrecognized email address goes into a pending queue until a company admin approves it.
